Parent/Guardian Group

Parents and guardians of Valley and Valley Southwoods students are invited to be a part of the Parent/Guardian Teacher Organization (PTO). This group was created with a few important goals:

1. Work together as families, the school, and the community.
2. Encourage communication and involvement between families, teachers, administrators, and students.
3. Provide resources and support for teacher and student activities.
4. Help and support other parent/guardian organizations at Valley and Valley Southwoods.

The PTO doesn't focus on fundraising. We rely on donations, and we suggest $20 per family. Donations help fund things like staff appreciation, conference dinners, the WDMCS Foundation Scholarship Fund, the WDMCS Staff Recognition Event, and other programs that benefit our students and teachers.
