Assessments/Grading

High school students in WDMCS may undergo different assessments during their high school years. These assessments give students, their parents, and their school staff information about how well they are doing. This information is used for:

  1. Deciding which classes are the best fit.
  2. Figuring out if extra help is needed.
  3. Tracking how much a student is improving.
  4. Checking if students meet the standards set by the school and the state.
  5. Providing insights to improve the curriculum and teaching methods.
  6. Offering information for decisions about college or future jobs.

Essential Life Skills

These life skills are really important for students to do well. They help students become better learners. But, it's important to know that a student's grade is not decided by how well they show these life skills.
